Who receives your application

What is saved

Signing in provides a site-specific account identifier, verified email and, when available, name. Saving a draft stores the questionnaire fields in your account. Submitting shares your name, contact email, location, goal, requested and offered expertise with authorised SU4ITA reviewers. We also record consent, revisions, review messages, decisions and timestamps. Membership and order records include status, amount, currency, payment reference and the accepted version of the terms.

ChatGPT and dictation

Signing in does not give SU4ITA access to your ChatGPT conversations or memory. You choose the answers to bring to the site. Pasting an answer fills the form locally; saving or submitting sends it to SU4ITA. If a connected SU4ITA tool is available in your ChatGPT, saving through that tool also sends only the confirmed questionnaire fields. Dictation starts only at your request and may send audio to your browser’s speech service; this site does not store audio recordings. Your use of ChatGPT and browser speech is subject to those providers’ own settings and terms.

Purpose and access

We use these records to assess applications, respond, administer membership and reconcile payments. Other participants cannot view your records. The site does not publish your profile, add you to marketing lists or share your application with partners. Hosting, sign-in and payment providers process the information needed to deliver their services. Depending on the available method, payment takes place in your bank, PayPal or Stripe Checkout. SU4ITA stores the order’s payment instructions, transaction reference and the operator’s reconciliation decision. Card details and bank or PayPal passwords are never entered or stored here.

Retention and your requests

Drafts and application records stay in the account until removed by the operator; automatic deletion is not yet configured. You may request access, correction, withdrawal or deletion using the contact below. Payment and audit records may need to be retained for operational or applicable legal requirements; the operator should explain any restriction when responding. Do not include identity documents, card details, health information or confidential information about other people.

Reading and working pages

Saved articles and journal worksheets remain in this browser on this device until you clear them. They are separate from the membership questionnaire. Anyone using the same browser may see them. The site does not install advertising analytics or play automatic audio.
